Job Title: HSE Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations across our projects, while promoting a strong safety culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor company HSE policies, procedures, and programs at project sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations, standards, and client requirements.
• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, reports, and incident investigations.
• Provide HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions to workers and staff.
• Liaise with authorities, consultants, and clients regarding safety-related matters.
• Promote continuous improvement in safety performance across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (attested by MOFA/MOFAIC – Ministry of Foreign Affairs) in Engineering or related field.
• NEBOSH IGC Certificate (minimum 2 years old).
• Minimum 2–3 years UAE experience as an HSE/Safety Officer in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and practices.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Trakhees Safety Card is mandatory OR candidate must be eligible to obtain a Trakhees Safety Card.

Added Advantage:

• Previous experience working as a Safety Officer in Dubai South projects.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
