The Health & Safety Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) strategies across major construction projects. The role ensures full compliance with local regulations, international standards, and company policies while driving a strong safety culture across multiple sites and project teams.
The position involves:

Lead the development and implementation of project-wide HSE plans and systems.

Ensure compliance with local regulatory bodies and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001).

Oversee risk assessments, hazard identification, and mitigation strategies across all project phases.

Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety walkthroughs.

Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.

Lead HSE reporting, dashboards, and KPIs for senior management.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to enforce safety standards.

Deliver safety training programs and toolbox talks across sites.

Ensure safety compliance in high-risk activities (lifting, excavation, working at height, etc.).

Promote a proactive safety culture across all project stakeholders.
We are Looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.

10+ years of experience in HSE, with at least 5 years in senior/project management roles.

Professional HSE certifications (NEBOSH IGC/IDIP, OSHA, IOSH; additional certifications are a plus).

Proven experience in residential and hospitality construction projects (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of international HSE standards and construction safety practices.

Experience managing multi-site or large-scale projects.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage in GCC roles).
