Job Description

  • Maintain HSE Management Systems and Programs.
  • Maintain HSE Management Systems and Programs.
  • Carry out project-specific risk and environmental impact assessments.
  • Implement internal HSE audit and inspection plans for the project.
  • Prepare formal HSE reports for site activities, outlining any non-conformities, observations, and required corrective actions, and ensure proper follow-up until closure.
  • Conduct HSE trainings and awareness sessions for project personnel.
  • Conduct HSE trainings and awareness sessions for project personnel.
  • Promote a positive health and safety attitude amongst project staff and contractors, with special attention to high-risk activities such as high-voltage works, lifting operations, and work at height.
  • Conduct regular HSE awareness sessions and Toolbox Talks addressing project hazards and control measures.
  • Share lessons learned and best practices from incidents, near misses, and audits to enhance overall HSE performance.

Personal Skills


  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Willing to travel and work on remote project sites such as Jafurah.

Technical Skills



  • Exposure to ISO 45001 & ISO 14001
  • Knowledge of International Standard (OSHA – NFPA –etc…) is required.
  • NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.
