HSE Supervisor (Min 5 Years experience in construction or mining industries) 500-650 usd salary range | Reko Diq Site Position

Well English and office programming

Conduct risk assessments, job hazard analyses (JHAs), and site inspections to identify hazards and implement control measures.

Organize and deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and specific safety training for all site personnel.

Supervise daily activities, monitor worker behavior, enforce safety rules (like PPE usage), and ensure compliance with regulations (OSHA, local laws).

Maintain safety logs, document incidents, investigate accidents, and report findings to management.

Develop, implement, and oversee site-specific HSE policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with overall company plans.

Plan and conduct emergency drills, ensuring readiness for incidents.

Foster a proactive safety culture where all workers feel responsible for safety.

Support internal/external audits and continuously improve safety protocols and programs.
