Responsibilities
  • Supervise and enforce HSE requirements on site.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE plans, procedures, and legal regulations.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
  • Identify unsafe acts/conditions and implement corrective actions.
  • Support incident reporting, investigations, and close out actions.
  • Coordinate with site teams to promote a strong safety culture.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HSE supervision on construction or industrial sites.
  • Good knowledge of HSE regulations, PTW, and risk assessments.
  • NEBOSH or equivalent certification preferred.
