HSE Supervisor

🚨 Hiring: HSE Supervisor – Oil & Gas Project

📍 Location: Oman

We are currently looking for an experienced HSE Supervisor to join a major Oil & Gas project supporting fabrication yard and offshore activities.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and enforce project HSE policies, culture, and objectives

• Supervise fabrication and offshore HSE activities

• Conduct HSE inspections, audits, toolbox talks, inductions, and trainings

• Monitor PTW compliance, risk assessments, and emergency drills

• Ensure safe execution of lifting, rigging, scaffolding, pressure testing, and working at height activities

• Support incident investigations and corrective action follow-up

• Coordinate with EPC Contractors/Subcontractors to maintain high HSE standards

• Participate in safety campaigns, workshops, and management walkthroughs

🔹 Requirements:

✔ NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification

✔ 10+ years of HSE experience in Oil & Gas / Construction projects

✔ Strong experience in Asian construction yards

✔ Familiar with rigging & lifting, PTW, working at height, and scaffolding activities

✔ Knowledge of API and Oil & Gas industry standards

✔ Strong communication and leadership skills

✔ Experience in multicultural project environments

✔ Computer literate

• H2S

• T-BOSIET & AGT

• OERTM & OERTL
