HSE SUPERVISOR - BUILDING CONSTRUCTION

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on site
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
• Ensure compliance with local GCC safety regulations
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
• Promote a strong safety culture among workers and subcontractors

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HSE Supervisor in building construction projects
• Mandatory GCC experience
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices
• NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred
• Ability to conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and toolbox talks
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field
• Relevant HSE certifications
