Description
Job Purpose
Report To Position Name
Communicate, coach and train all employees in Safety issues and maintain training records.
- Help the HSE Manager in the investigation of accidents and incidents.
- Conduct and coordinate safety inspections and internal audits.
- Support the HSE Manager and participate in external audit such as ISO and OHSAS 18001
- Provide HSE induction for new comers to ensure they are well oriented with company HSE
- Reviews method of statements for all tasks with the control of work team.
- Maintain the HSE team roster and responsibilities
- Provide technical HSE support for all projects
- Ensure that sub-contractors are well oriented with the company policies and they can meet with it.
- Provide technical support and direction to safety officers.
- Performs Risk Assessment for routine and non-routine tasks
- Maintain monthly report to the HSE manager
- Help in Implementing the company HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct daily safety meetings with Safety team
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL
University Grade
QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE
good English Language Written and Spoken
Advanced Computer Skill
EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL
More than 3 years' Experience
EXPERIENCE_DESIRABLE
- Subject Matter Expertise in core risk areas, control systems, and safety regulations
- Prior experience leading, mentoring and developing a safety team is an Advantage
- Good problem solving, organizational and analytical skills
