HSE SUPERVISOR

Job Purpose: Ensure safe execution of works in compliance with SASREF safety standards, refinery PTW procedures, and H2S protocols in live brownfield environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement project HSE plan for live refinery brownfield execution
• Permit-to-Work (PTW) compliance and coordination
• SIMOPS coordination with refinery operations
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and risk assessments (JSA)
• H2S hazard management and gas testing protocols
• Monitor high-risk activities: lifting, confined space, hot work, line breaking
• Conduct incident investigations and emergency response preparedness
• Lifting activity safety oversight (150T crane operations)
• Shutdown-specific safety controls for extended shifts

Mandatory Requirements:

• NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent
• H2S certification (supervisor level)
• First Aid certification
• 7+ years HSE experience in KSA oil & gas with 5+ years in refineries
• Direct experience with SABIC/Aramco PTW systems and SIMOPS
• Live refinery brownfield safety management
• Transferable Iqama

Preferred:

• SASREF-specific HSE experience
• IOSH or equivalent
• Incident investigation certification

Salary Range: SAR 12,000 – 18,000/month
