HSE SUPERVISORS

Minimum requirements:

• Should have more than 5 years related experience
• NEBOSH IGC Certified Safety Officer
• Only Freelancer will be accepted
• Must be locally available in Qatar
• A holder of valid QID at least 3 months before the expiration
• Can join immediately

Project details:

• Location: NFS, Ras Laffan
• Duration: Three (3) months, extendable
• Working hours: Nine (9) hours daily, six (6) days a week
• FAT, the company will provide
• Salary: QAR 5,500 per month

Roles and responsibilities:

• Ensure that all safety policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to on the construction site.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement measures to mitigate them.
• Organize and conduct safety training sessions for all site personnel to promote awareness and competency in safety practices.
• Investigate any accidents or incidents to determine the root cause and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations and standards.
• Perform routine safety inspections and audits of the construction site to identify and rectify unsafe conditions.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans and conduct regular drills to ensure readiness.
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training activities, and prepare reports for management review.
• Oversee proper waste disposal and ensure environmentally responsible practices are followed.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate safety into all phases of construction projects.
