We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced EHS Trainer to join our team, to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Training Coordinator is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) programs, EHS training packages, and awareness campaigns across projects. This role identifies training needs, delivers effective training sessions, and monitors training implementation to promote a strong culture of safety and environmental responsibility.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Deliver Training Programs:

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive EHS training programs tailored to project-specific requirements and business unit needs.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions for employees, contractors, and visitors on EHS policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Adapt training content for diverse audiences to ensure understanding and compliance.

BBS Program Management:

  • Prepare and implement Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) programs across projects to encourage proactive safety behavior and reduce incidents.

Training Packages Development:

  • Prepare, develop, and set up Business Unit (BU) training packages aligned with organizational EHS goals.

Training Needs Identification & Follow-Up:

  • Identify training needs through training need matrices and audits.
  • Monitor and follow up on the implementation and effectiveness of training programs across projects.

EHS Campaign Preparation:

  • Develop and coordinate EHS campaign packages to raise awareness and promote EHS best practices.

Special Event Coordination:

  • Plan, organize, and manage special events such as Safety Day, Environmental Day, and other EHS-related celebrations.



Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Education, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
  • 15-20yrs Proven experience in coordinating and delivering EHS training programs.
  • Familiarity with Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) concepts and safety training methodologies.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple training initiatives and events effectively.
