Deliver engaging, outcomes-focused training sessions in accordance with approved curricula.Develop, update, and adapt training materials, manuals, and assessments.Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high standards of learner support.Implement effective classroom management and inclusive teaching practices.Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.Monitor and report on training effectiveness, outcomes, and improvements.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA).Contribute to the development of training programs and new course offerings.
Essential Requirements
Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.Teaching/Training Experience: Minimum 3 years of formal teaching or training experience.Education:Minimum: Bachelor's degree in a related field.Preferred: Master's degree in a related topic.Certifications:NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) – requiredOSHA certification – requiredDemonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and digital teaching tools.Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment and adapt to different learning styles.
Desirable Requirements
Experience in course design and curriculum development.Industry recognized qualifications beyond NEBOSH/OSHA.Fluency in additional languages.Track record of improving learner outcomes and satisfaction.
