HSE Trainer

We are seeking an experienced HSE Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong understanding and experience in occupational health and safety, delivering practical and theoretical training programs, conducting site safety inspections, and promoting a strong safety culture within the organization.

The candidate must possess excellent communication and presentation skills and be capable of conducting engaging HSE trainings for various industries including construction, industrial, and engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver HSE training sessions, toolbox talks, inductions, and awareness programs.
• Conduct both classroom and practical safety training assessments.
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and workplace safety inspections.
• Knowledge in UAE HSE regulations and procedures.
• Conduct site inspections and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Support emergency response drills and safety campaigns.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of UAE experience in Health & Safety Training or HSE field.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health & safety practices and regulations.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and workplace safety inspections.
• Experience in conducting practical and theoretical safety trainings.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle training coordination and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

• NEBOSH IGC / NEBOSH Diploma
• Train the Trainer Certification
• Preferred: Approved DCAS & Highfield as First Aid Instructor

Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
