HSE TRAINER - FULLTIME

Job Overview

Leaders Training Centre is seeking a qualified and experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Instructor to deliver high-quality professional training programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering effective HSE training in compliance with local regulations and internationally recognized safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver HSE training sessions, workshops, and practical demonstrations
• Develop, review, and update HSE training materials in line with current legislation and industry standards
• Assess learners’ understanding and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure training delivery complies with legal requirements and industry best practices
• Remain up to date with changes in HSE legislation, standards, and best practices
• Maintain accurate training records, assessments, and documentation

RequirementsQualifications (Mandatory)

• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC)
• IOSH Train the Trainer certification
• Evidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) for the last 12 months

Preferred / Additional Qualifications

• NEBOSH Level 6 qualification
• OSHA / IOSH certifications (additional to Train the Trainer)

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HSE training or a related HSE role

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations, risk assessments, and emergency response procedures
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills

Language

• Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Location

• Candidate must be currently based in Qatar

Pay: Up to QAR2,500.00 per month
