HSEQ Engineer

We are looking for a proactive HSEQ Engineer to contribute and advise on all HSEQ matters at Jotun Egypt’s new factory, ensuring operations are conducted safely and in full compliance with applicable local and global regulations.

This position will be based in Jotun Egypt factory in Al Robecky Industrial zone, 10th of Ramadan and will be reporting to the HSEQ Manager.

• Implement and maintain the Company's HSEQ Policies and procedures to comply with the legal and Jotun HSEQ Management System.
• Follow up and maintain necessary documentation adhering to local authorities’ requirements and regulations.
• Assist in the implementation of the HSEQ management system by working closely with the relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute and coordinate the HSEQ in the new factory projects such as minor constructions following all HSEQ policies and procedures.
• Maintain and improve the HSEQ and ISO management system documents, ensuring audits and actions are carried out as required to maintain the company's accreditation to the standards.
• Deliver HSEQ frequent training to employees to enrich employees’ awareness.
• Conduct regular safety tours for the external sites.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably in Electrical or Mechanical) or Science.
• 3-5 years of experience is required in the HSEQ field.
• A valid driving license.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English & Arabic.
