HSE/Safety Officer

Job Title: HSE Officer (Facilities Management)

We are currently seeking a highly experienced HSE Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across multiple FM sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures across FM operations
  • Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company safety standards
  • Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions
  • Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training
  • Monitor contractor and subcontractor safety performance
  • Maintain all HSE documentation and records

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience as an HSE Officer or similar role
  • Proven experience in Facilities Management (FM) is mandatory
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices
  • Certification such as NEBOSH (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple sites

Pay: From QAR1.00 per month
