Job Title: HSE Officer (Facilities Management)
We are currently seeking a highly experienced HSE Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across multiple FM sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures across FM operations
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company safety standards
- Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions
- Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor safety performance
- Maintain all HSE documentation and records
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience as an HSE Officer or similar role
- Proven experience in Facilities Management (FM) is mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices
- Certification such as NEBOSH (preferred)
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple sites
Pay: From QAR1.00 per month
