As HSSEQ Lead position shall play a key role in promoting and adhering to all relevant health and safety regulation and policies for projects. The candidate shall be deputed at offshore sites (Domestic or International) upon requirement in accordance with company rotation policy. Implementation of ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 standards at offshore project sites. Assists work site HSSEQ professionals and line management in development of work site HSSEQ and Cause No Harm promotions and campaigns. Development and implementation of HSSEQ Plans and emergency response plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as local client requirements.

Carry out,

• Safety audits and Safety Inspections, hazard Hunt at offshore sites as well as sub-contractor sites as and when required.
• Risk assessments, HAZID sessions, SIMOP sessions.
• Incident Investigations, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for offshore operations.
• Pre-Mobilizations and site checks with sub-contractors.
• Ensure need based HSSEQ trainings, Campaigns, HSSEQ Inductions to company and subcontractor employees.
