🛡️ Hiring: HSSE Manager – Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) Power Plant

📍 Qurayyah, Saudi Arabia

Take the lead in managing Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) performance at one of Saudi Arabia’s most advanced Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power facilities. This senior role is central to ensuring operational integrity, regulatory compliance, and a strong safety culture across the plant.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the HSSE and Security teams to drive world-class safety standards across all plant operations and maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement HSSE policies, procedures, and management systems aligned with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 , and industry best practices.
• Oversee plant-wide compliance with national and international HSSE regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to ensure a safe working environment.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Manage the plant’s emergency preparedness and response program , ensuring readiness across all departments.
• Coordinate with government and regulatory bodies on reporting, inspections, and safety compliance matters.
• Deliver HSSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs to promote a proactive safety culture.
• Lead initiatives for pollution prevention, waste reduction, and sustainable operations.
• Oversee plant security operations, ensuring personnel and asset protection 24/7.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Environmental).
• 10+ years of HSSE management experience in power generation, utilities, or large-scale industrial projects , ideally within CCGT operations.
• Deep understanding of Saudi HSSE regulations and international standards (NEBOSH, OSHA, NFPA, etc.).
• Recognized HSSE certification (e.g., NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent ) required.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective HSSE systems and emergency response plans.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary HSSE and security teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English ; Arabic an advantage.
