HSSE Project Manager

he HSSE Project Manager is responsible for leading, implementing, and monitoring Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental programs across assigned projects. The role ensures full compliance with regulatory requirements, client standards, and organizational policies while driving a proactive safety culture. This position oversees HSSE planning, risk management, incident prevention, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project HSSE plans and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments and monitor control measures
• Perform regular site inspections and document findings
• Lead incident investigations and ensure closure of corrective actions
• Deliver HSSE training and awareness sessions
• Track HSSE KPIs and prepare periodic reports
• Maintain emergency response plans and conduct drills
• Ensure contractor compliance with HSSE requirements

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• 5–10 years of HSSE experience in project environments
• Preferred certifications: NEBOS H, IOS H, OSH A, ISO 45001/14001 Lead Audito r
• Strong knowledge of Saudi regulations and international standards
