Job Location: Gurugram/Bangalore ( Hybrid)

Shift Timing: 1:00PM IST – 10:00 PM IST; 40 hours per week

Role:

We’re seeking a skilled Liquid Email Developer to join our analytics team. You’ll be responsible for the creation of dynamic, personalized communication templates in Braze. You’ll be implementing advanced Liquid logic across email, push, and in-app messages to drive customer engagement and retention, working closely with marketing and product teams to deliver dynamic, data-driven communications.

Key Responsibilities:

· Define and monitor success metrics to measure program impact and inform decision-making. - Build and maintain scalable templates using Liquid for email, push, and in-app messages in Braze.

· Implement complex personalization logic using user attributes, custom events, and segmentation.

· Collaborate with lifecycle marketing, product, and engineering teams to support campaign execution.

· Optimize templates for performance, rendering, and personalization accuracy.

· Troubleshoot and debug Liquid logic and template issues.

Candidate Profile:

· Required Qualifications:

o 3+ years of experience in email or lifecycle marketing development.

o Proficiency in Liquid templating language and dynamic content logic.

o Strong HTML/CSS skills and experience with responsive design.

o Hands-on experience with Braze or similar platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Adobe).

o Familiarity with customer data structures, segmentation, and personalization strategies.

· Preferred Qualifications:

o Experience with Braze features like Canvas, Connected Content, and Custom Attributes.

o Knowledge of JSON, REST APIs, and integrating external data sources.

o Ability to analyze campaign performance and iterate on template logic.
