As a Deputy Hub Head at GOFO Inc, you will assist in overseeing the overall operations of our Regional Sorting Centers and Distribution Centers.

As a key management position, you will play a critical role in maintaining operational stability, improving processes, and enhancing staff performance.

岗位职责 | Responsibilities

• 协助监督枢纽的日常运营，确保包裹高效分拣与配送。

Assist in overseeing daily operations at the hub, ensuring efficient package sorting and distribution.

• 协助管理团队绩效，并支持培训工作以提升整体生产效率。

Support management of staff performance and assist with training to enhance team productivity.

• 推动并实施物流管理最佳实践，持续提升运营效率。

Promote and implement logistics best practices to improve operational efficiency.

• 与其他部门密切合作，协调资源、优化流程并及时解决运营问题。

Work closely with other departments to coordinate resources, streamline processes, and resolve issues promptly.

• 协助监控关键绩效指标（KPI），评估枢纽表现并提出改进建议。

Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate hub performance and identify areas for improvement.

• 确保运营严格遵守公司政策和安全法规。

Ensure all operations comply with company policies and safety regulations.

任职要求 | Requirements

• 具备物流或供应链管理相关经验，有团队管理或现场管理经验者优先。

Experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably with team leadership or on-site management experience.

• 具备中英文双语能力（听说读写），能进行跨部门沟通和外籍员工管理。

Bilingual fluency in Chinese and English (verbal and written) for cross-department communication and workforce management.

• 优秀的组织能力，能高效处理多项任务并适应紧急情况。

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and handle urgent situations efficiently.

• 具备良好的分析能力，熟悉使用绩效指标评估运营表现。

Analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics for operational evaluation.

• 能接受责任制工作时间，适应加班、轮班和紧急调度。

Willingness to work a responsibility-based schedule, including overtime, shift adjustments, and emergency support.

• 能适应快节奏工作环境，并持续推动运营优化。

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and drive continuous operational improvement.
