Hub Operations - Assistant Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall strategy and execution of Hub Operations as well as the planning and directing activities and operations of the business.
• Effective execution of the SOP with zero deviations.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to streamline process and improve accuracy and efficiency within operations.
• Customer rapport and network and need to handle Key accounts.
• Over-viewing the staff recruitment, training, leading and employee development.
• Works with freight and transportation companies to get route and rate.
• Needs to be driven, growth oriented and accountable. Should have high level vision along with capability to get into individual execution details.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
