About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on HubSpot Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our HubSpot platform on a day-to-day basis. This role is focused on execution, data quality, and operational support rather than high-level system architecture.

You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing teams to ensure HubSpot runs smoothly, data is accurate, and teams have the tools they need to perform effectively. You'll be the go-to person for troubleshooting issues, maintaining workflows, and supporting reporting needs.

What will be your responsibilities?

CRM Administration & Maintenance

  • Manage daily operations of HubSpot (Sales Hub and Service Hub)
  • Maintain pipelines, deal stages, ticket pipelines, and lifecycle stages
  • Create and update properties across contacts, companies, deals, and tickets
  • Manage user setup, roles, permissions, and access
  • Perform regular system checks to ensure smooth functioning

Data Quality & Hygiene

  • Maintain clean and accurate CRM data across all objects
  • Identify and remove duplicate records
  • Ensure required fields are populated and consistent
  • Run periodic data audits and cleanup activities
  • Enforce data entry standards across teams

Workflow Management

  • Build, update, and monitor workflows for lead routing, deal updates, and ticket handling
  • Troubleshoot workflow errors and ensure automation runs correctly
  • Support basic automation needs for onboarding, follow-ups, and internal notifications
  • Make incremental improvements to existing workflows

Reporting & Dashboards

  • Create and maintain standard dashboards for Sales, CS, and Support
  • Ensure reports reflect accurate and up-to-date data
  • Support teams with recurring and ad hoc reporting requests
  • Track basic metrics like pipeline health, deal progress, and ticket volumes

Integrations & Tools Support

  • Manage and monitor native HubSpot integrations
  • Assist in setup and troubleshooting of connected tools
  • Escalate complex integration issues to technical teams when needed
  • Ensure data sync between systems is functioning properly

User Support & Enablement

  • Act as the first point of contact for HubSpot-related issues
  • Troubleshoot user problems and provide timely resolutions
  • Train team members on basic HubSpot usage and best practices
  • Maintain internal documentation and how-to guides

What are we looking for?

Required

  • 2-4 years of experience as a HubSpot Administrator or CRM Admin
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Sales Hub, and Service Hub
  • Experience managing workflows, pipelines, and standard reports
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to support multiple teams and prioritize requests
  • Clear communication skills in English

Preferred

  • HubSpot Administrator Certification
  • Experience in SaaS or tech environments
  • Familiarity with CRM data cleanup and governance practices
  • Exposure to integrations (native tools like Slack, email platforms, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of sales and customer success processes
