We’re Hiring: HubSpot Automation Developer

Arkan Integrated Solutions is looking for a HubSpot Automation Developer to join our team in Maadi (Full-time).

In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain HubSpot workflows, CRM automation, and system integrations across our ecosystem. You will work closely with the CTO and operations team to build scalable automation and ensure data consistency between HubSpot, Zoho Billing/Books, and JeraSoft.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize HubSpot workflows (Sales Hub, Service Hub, Marketing Hub) Configure pipelines, custom properties, and CRM automation

Implement integrations with Zoho Billing / Zoho Books and JeraSoft Automate ticket routing, deal lifecycle, and operational processes

Maintain CRM data integrity and documentation

Requirements

2+ years of experience with HubSpot automation

Strong experience with HubSpot workflows, pipelines, and CRM lifecycle automation

Basic knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and CRM integrations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From E£35,000.00 per month
