Key Responsibilities
- Lead HubSpot implementations across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.
- Design and optimize pipelines, lifecycle stages, workflows, and automations.
- Own CRM architecture, data models, and hygiene best practices.
- Configure lead routing, scoring, and attribution frameworks.
- Manage HubSpot integrations with tools like Salesforce, Zoom, Slack, Stripe, or other go-to-market (GTM) tools.
- Support migrations from other CRMs and marketing platforms to HubSpot.
- Partner with clients to understand business goals and translate them into HubSpot solutions.
- Collaborate with internal RevOps, growth, and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1-3 years of hands-on HubSpot experience across one or more hubs.
- Strong understanding of RevOps, CRM operations, and GTM workflows.
- Experience with workflows, custom properties, reporting, and dashboards.
- Familiarity with integrations, APIs, or automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make).
- Experience working with B2B SaaS or service-based clients.
- Ability to manage projects independently and handle multiple stakeholders.
