About the Role

We are looking for a HubSpot Key Account Manager with strong experience in CRM administration and client relationship management. This role combines key account management with hands-on HubSpot administration, ensuring accurate client data, smooth workflow processes, and effective sales support. You will manage existing enterprise accounts, support customer retention, and help the sales team leverage HubSpot to maximize efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate records, proper data entry, and consistent workflow processes.
  • Generate and manage reports, dashboards, and KPIs in HubSpot to support sales and management decisions.
  • Assist the sales team with pipeline management, lead tracking, and contract documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients in the UAE and GCC.
  • Manage key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and resolution of queries.
  • Support implementation tasks by registering client requirements and scope of work in HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with the team to streamline workflows, automate processes, and improve CRM adoption.
  • Monitor and support collection of payments within due dates.

Candidate Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in key account management or client-facing roles.
  • Strong HubSpot CRM experience is a must; certifications a plus.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proven experience managing enterprise clients in UAE/GCC preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and supporting business development activities.
  • Valid UAE work visa and available for immediate start.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
