The Role
We are seeking a HubSpot Specialist (contract) who knows the platform inside and out. This role goes beyond basic CRM management; it requires expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, onboarding, automation, reporting, and optimization.
The ideal candidate is someone who lives and breathes HubSpot: building workflows, setting up campaigns, managing data, and finding ways to unlock more value for our clients. You’ll partner with our strategy and account teams to ensure every client is maximizing HubSpot as a growth engine.
Responsibilities
HubSpot Administration & Optimization
- Configure and optimize HubSpot portals (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub).
- Manage onboarding for new clients, including setup, training, and process alignment.
- Build and maintain lead scoring, pipelines, and lifecycle stages.
- Ensure data hygiene, list segmentation, and accurate integrations.
Automation & Campaigns
- Design and implement automated workflows, email nurtures, and multi-step campaigns.
- Optimize landing pages, forms, CTAs, and lead capture strategies.
- Segment audiences for personalized, performance-driven campaigns.
Reporting & Insights
- Build dashboards and reports that provide clarity on KPIs, ROI, and customer journeys.
- Translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Monitor performance, attribution, and conversion funnels for improvement opportunities.
Collaboration & Training
- Partner with account managers, SEO, and content teams to align CRM efforts with broader marketing strategies.
- Provide training and documentation for clients and internal team members.
- Serve as the go-to expert on HubSpot updates, features, and best practices.

Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience (across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and automation).
- Proven track record of optimizing HubSpot for lead generation, pipeline management, and campaign execution.
- Strong experience with workflows, reporting, list segmentation, and integrations.
- HubSpot certifications strongly preferred.
- Ability to train others on HubSpot usage and best practices.
- Experience working in an agency or with multiple clients is a plus.
Compensation & Details
- Hourly pay: $25.00 – $45.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Contract role.
- Mostly remote, with some hybrid/in-person collaboration required.

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
