CRM Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM (pipelines, workflows, automation, integrations).
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain customer records.
• Generate dashboards, reports, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Train staff and improve HubSpot adoption.
• Monitor campaigns, conversions, and customer engagement.
• Stay updated on HubSpot features and apply best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5+ years CRM experience, with 2+ years in HubSpot.
• Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and process automation skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
