Job responsibilities

At Dior , our clients are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a Client Development Manager to lead clienteling excellence in our boutiques and elevate the Dior client journey to the next level.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive client recruitment, retention, and engagement through innovative clienteling strategies
  • Train and coach boutique teams on CRM tools, outreach, and delivering “extra-mile” service
  • Build authentic, lasting relationships with top clients while supporting the team on the shop floor
  • Manage client activation campaigns, boutique events, and gifting strategies
  • Track and analyse key KPIs to continuously improve clienteling performance

What we are looking for:


✔ Proven experience in luxury retail, client development, or CRM management
✔ Strong coaching and training skills to inspire boutique teams
