Investor Relations Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective clients via phone, WhatsApp, or face-to-face.

Explain the investment portfolio model in a clear, confident, and compliant manner.

Assist in completing onboarding procedures and obtaining full client authorization.

Follow up with clients post-onboarding to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills:

Strong sales, persuasion, and client communication skills.

Foundational knowledge of investment products and risk.

Familiar with CRM tools and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).

Personal Traits:

Courteous, patient, proactive, and empathetic.

Goal-driven and collaborative team player.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or Finance.

Preferred experience in telesales, financial services, or insurance.

Pay: KD400.000 - KD700.000 per month
