The HC Business Partner acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, supporting the alignment of human capital initiatives with organizational objectives to enhance performance, employee engagement, and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to implement HC strategies aligned with business goals.

Support workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management initiatives.

Drive performance management and employee development processes.

Support employee engagement and culture enhancement initiatives.

Provide guidance on employee relations and policy interpretation.

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards on hiring and retention strategies.

Monitor HC metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

3–6 years of HR/HC experience, preferably in a business partnering role.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) preferred.
