Human Capital Innovation Lead

Location: Karachi
Timing 6 pm to 3 am

We are looking for a Human Capital Innovation Lead who will take full ownership of people strategy, governance, and innovation while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities
AALI System Enforcement
Ensure 100% compliance with AALI framework across departments
Monitor workflows, timelines, documentation, and controls
Identify gaps and initiate corrective actions
Act as the authority for AALI execution

Human Capital & Strategy
Lead workforce planning and role alignment
Define growth and performance pathways
Align HR initiatives with business needs
Participate in client discovery and debrief sessions (DAD)

Learning & Development (L&D)
Design structured training programs (onboarding, role-based, leadership)
Conduct TNA and implement training plans
Evaluate training effectiveness via assessments
Collaborate with Operations & SQ to close skill gaps

Performance Management
Implement structured performance systems
Identify high/low performers and recommend action plans
Culture & Retention
Promote accountability and professional culture
Monitor engagement and retention metrics
Address issues affecting morale and productivity

Policy & Compliance
Ensure policy enforcement across the organization
Recommend improvements within governance framework
Handle escalations related to conduct and compliance

Leadership & Reporting
Lead and mentor HCI Executives
Report people metrics and risks to senior management
Act as a bridge between Management, Operations & Employees

Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business, Psychology or related field
(Only from IBA, IOBM, SZABIST)
Master’s preferred

Experience
4–5 years in a services environment
2–3 years in HR leadership role
Strong exposure to L&D, performance management & compliance

Excellent communication & stakeholder management
Ability to work independently with authority

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
