Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with appointed and elected board members to swiftly process appointments and reappointments, ensuring a smooth, well‑coordinated onboarding experience.
  • Support a wide range of HR programs—including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, FMLA, ADA, employee wellness—to help employees thrive.
  • Prepare and process personnel actions, position descriptions, and HR records.
  • Coordinate interviews, assist with applicant screening, research recruitment methods, and help advertise job vacancies.
  • Assist with payroll processing, step advancements, HR reporting, and new‑employee orientation presentations.
  • Represent the agency at HR and training meetings, participate on committees, support hearings as needed, and contribute to special projects that drive HR strategy.

Qualifications
  • 2 years experience in human resources.

  • Or completion of undergraduate core program in human resources, business or public administration.

  • Or 1 year experience as Human Capital Management Associate, 64611.

  • Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
