POSITION OBJECTIVE
The position is responsible for HRMS software implementation across Apparel Group and improvise the same in terms of configuration and customization as per the business requirement.
Key Responsibilities

Provide support in developing HRMS software

Assist in the review of data in HRMS to ensure 100% accuracy

Following all processes defined in the project including system administration

Ensures data integrity and accuracy of employee and organization information through periodic reviews and audits

Collaborate with other HRMS users (Payroll, Accounting, Projects, etc.)

Update of employee information, documents etc in the HRMS manually avoiding an excel upload from the vendor side

Provide the user details to all employees for HRMS access

Ensures the internal workflow mapping for all employees are updated accordingly

Report preparation
-
Handles queries related to HRMS for employees
