We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our Human Resources department. The PRO will be responsible for handling all government-related documentation and processes, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations, and serving as a liaison between the company and government authorities. This role is essential in maintaining the legal standing of the company and its employees in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all activities related to Iqama, work permits, visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and transfers.
  • Process GOSI, Muqeem, MOL, Qiwa, and HRSD requirements and ensure timely updates in government portals.
  • Manage block visa applications, exit/re-entry visas, final exit processes, and residency renewals.
  • Coordinate with relevant ministries and government departments (Ministry of Labor, Jawazat, Chamber of Commerce, etc.).
  • Keep abreast of and ensure compliance with all applicable Saudi labor laws and regulatory updates.
  • Maintain and manage all PRO documentation and official records.
  • Liaise with internal HR and administration to facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for expatriate staff.
  • Represent the company professionally in government-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Saudi National preferred (as per Saudization policies).
  • Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar role in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi labor law, visa regulations, and government portals (e.g., Absher, Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, MOL).
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel locally as required.
  • Able to work independently and show initiative

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2–5 years experience in a PRO or HR support role in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and government online systems.
