Government Relations Officer - Riyadh

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Government Relations Officer (GRO) to manage all government-related processes for our hospitality operations in Riyadh. The role includes handling visas, Iqamas, business licenses, Saudization compliance, and serving as the liaison with government entities such as the Ministry of Tourism, MOL, GOSI, Jawazat, and others. The GRO will support HR and ensure full compliance with Saudi labor and tourism regulations.

Experience Required:
3–5 years of experience in a GRO role within the hospitality or service sector in Saudi Arabia.
Strong experience with Saudi government authorities and platforms (Absher, Muqeem, Qiwa, GOSI, Balady, etc.).
Knowledge of onboarding, Iqama services, Saudization (Nitaqat), and business licensing.

Key Skills
Understanding of Saudi Labor Law and hospitality regulations.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Proficient in government e-service platforms.
Able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Valid Saudi driving license.
