Project Manager

Position Overview:
Lead and manage end-to-end factory setup projects and associated licensing activities in Saudi Arabia, ensuring full regulatory compliance and alignment with Vision 2030. Serve as the primary liaison between government entities, clients, and internal teams to secure all necessary approvals efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of factory establishment and licensing projects across the Kingdom.
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with key government authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure all projects comply with Saudi Arabia’s industrial, labor, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and guide internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
• Provide strategic advice to senior management and represent Analytix in official meetings and public forums.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of senior-level experience in project management or licensing within Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record in navigating government relations and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is highly preferred.
