About the Role

As Interior Design Manager, you’ll lead the creation of high-end interiors that blend luxury, innovation, and cultural depth. You’ll ensure every project meets the highest standards of design and client expectations, from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Leadership: Define and guide the creative vision for luxury hotel and resort interiors across the Gulf region.
• Concept Development: Lead concept creation and design development, ensuring seamless integration of materials, lighting, and furnishings.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to align design with the overall project vision.
• Cultural Relevance: Infuse projects with regional heritage and aesthetics while maintaining contemporary luxury standards.
• Quality & Materials: Ensure top-tier materials and finishes are used, managing quality control throughout the design process.
• Client Management: Present design proposals, manage feedback, and build strong client relationships.
• Project Oversight: Lead projects from start to finish, keeping timelines, budgets, and quality on track.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a team of designers, promoting creativity and excellence.
• Sustainability: Integrate eco-conscious materials and practices without compromising on luxury.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers and artisans to ensure flawless execution of design elements.

Requisiti:

What we’re looking for:

• 5–10 years of experience in luxury interior design for 5-star hotels or similar high-end projects
• A strong design portfolio and leadership skills
• Experience working in the Arabian/Gulf region is highly valued
Fluent in English.
