- Manage and supervise day-to-day HR administrative operations
- Maintain and audit employee records, personnel files, and HR databases
- Conduct manpower planning, interviews, onboarding, and induction.
- Review HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, warnings, and exit documents
- Oversee payroll inputs including attendance, leave, overtime, and statutory deductions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, gratuity, bonus, etc.)
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary procedures, and policy implementation
- Support performance management, appraisals, and promotions
- Assist management in HR policy formulation and implementation
- Conduct HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics for decision-making
- Guide and mentor junior HR staff
