  • Manage and supervise day-to-day HR administrative operations
  • Maintain and audit employee records, personnel files, and HR databases
  • Conduct manpower planning, interviews, onboarding, and induction.
  • Review HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, warnings, and exit documents
  • Oversee payroll inputs including attendance, leave, overtime, and statutory deductions
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, gratuity, bonus, etc.)
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary procedures, and policy implementation
  • Support performance management, appraisals, and promotions
  • Assist management in HR policy formulation and implementation
  • Conduct HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics for decision-making
  • Guide and mentor junior HR staff

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
