Do you possess solid research, analytical, customer service, and highly effective written and verbal communication skills? The General Government HR Office is seeking to add an HR Analyst to its Talent Management Division team. The selected candidate will partner in supporting a variety of client agencies' business needs in the areas of talent acquisition, complement management, special projects, and data reporting. If you desire a role which will utilize your skills in building and sustaining collaborative and consultive relationships among a diverse client base, this may be the opportunity for you.
This position serves as an analyst in the Talent Management Division in the General Government HR Office and is responsible for performing operational responsibilities and supporting talent acquisition, complement management, and consultative support for an assigned group of state organizations. The General Government HR Office provides HR support to seventeen diverse agencies some of which are under the Governor's jurisdiction and some that are independent.
