Summary/Objective:
Are you passionate about people and eager to make a positive impact in the workplace? Join our team as an HR Assistant, where you’ll play a key role in supporting our Human Resources department. In this role, you’ll assist with maintaining employee records, provider services, marketing, and providing day-to-day HR support.
Core Responsibilities

Recordkeeping & Data Management
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality.

Perform regular audits to ensure all required documents are filed properly.

Update employee information in HRIS and track department changes.
- Employee Engagement & Marketing
- Assist in planning and executing employee events such as open enrollment, celebrations, and retirement parties.

Support marketing initiatives related to HR functions and employee engagement.
- Support Services
- Respond to general employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and processes.

Provide clerical support to the HR department.

Maintain confidentiality regarding employee relations, pay, benefits, and performance.
- Compliance
- Participate in HR policy and procedure reviews.

Research compliance and employments to ensure they support CMC internal policies.

Conduct internal audits for HR practices.

Maintain confidentiality of employee relations including investigations, benefit participation, employee demographics, etc.
- Miscellaneous Duties
- Track random drug screens monthly
- Update employee personal information including status history in HR software.
- Track employee department changes
- Filing, answering phones, customer service, etc.

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365.

Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism.
Preferred:

Associates or Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field.
-
Experience with HRIS systems and prior office or HR experience, especially in healthcare.

3 years of experience in HR.
