Human Resource - Assistant Manager

• Lead recruitment strategies tailored to hospitality roles (front office, housekeeping, F&B, spa, etc.)
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs based on occupancy and seasonality
• Manage onboarding and orientation programs that reflect the resort/hotel’s service ethos
• Cultivate a warm, inclusive, and service-driven workplace culture
• Mediate conflicts and resolve grievances with discretion and empathy
• Organize team-building activities and recognition events to boost morale
• Administer payroll, gratuities, and incentive programs aligned with hospitality standards
• Ensure full compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and brand policies
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Preferred hospitality experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
