- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.

- Ensure the salary & TA has processed on 5th of every month Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation.
- Manage employee benefits enrollment and administration.
- Process and update employee leave requests and ensure the workforce availability.
- Maintain and update the HRMS, ensuring data accuracy and security.
REQUIRED PROFILE
- Candidate should be a MBA HR graduate with minimum 10 years of experience in entire HR portfolio from Manpower planning to exit management including statutory affairs.
- Should have knowledge in Recruitment platforms like Naukri, Indeed, Linkedin etc.
- Should have knowledge in operations and computations of any HRMS Softwares.
- Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidates.
