Human Resource Assistant/Recruiter

Bluewater Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Assistant with a primary focus on recruitment and talent acquisition. Approximately 70-80% of this role will focus on recruitment activities, while the remaining responsibilities will support various HR administrative functions.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for all company locations.
  • Create and maintain job postings across multiple recruiting platforms.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Review applications and conduct initial screenings.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Onboarding & Employee Support:

  • Prepare and process new hire paperwork.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation.
  • Maintain employee files and recruiting documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.

QualificationsRequired:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting, HR, and staffing
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Preferred:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Experience recruiting CDL drivers, mechanics, or industrial workforce positions.

Compensation & Incentive Program

Base Salary:
$50,000 – $55,000 annually

Monthly Recruitment Bonus:
Eligible for a $300 monthly bonus upon achieving established recruitment goals.

Driver Retention Bonus:
$200 bonus for each CDL Driver hire who remains actively employed for 90 days.
