Role Overview

As a Human Resource Associate, you will support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, and employee lifecycle processes. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in human resources while gaining exposure to global HR practices.

You will work closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of HR initiatives and administrative workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
• Assist with onboarding, employee documentation, and HR record management.
• Maintain HR databases, trackers, and personnel files with accuracy.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support HR-related workflows and deadlines.
• Respond to employee queries and provide administrative HR support.
• Screen candidates, schedule and conduct interviews.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Familiarity with HR tools, ATS, or HRIS is a plus.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment.
