Preferred Qualification: MBA(HR), BBA(HR), MS(HR), MHRM, or a related field.
Preferred Experience:

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in HR within a software/IT company.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, HRMS systems, with experience in system implementation and modification.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience in policy implementation, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders across various departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Assistance: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
  • Employee Onboarding/Offboarding: Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new and departing employees.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries and provide information or assistance as needed.
  • Policy Implementation: Implement and manage company-wide HR policies and procedures. Assist in the creation of new policies as needed.
  • HRMS Management: Oversee the HRMS, ensuring it is effectively utilized for performance management, cyclic and annual reviews, and other HR processes.
  • Employee Data Management: Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Timesheet Verification: Verify monthly timesheet data with leave records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • HR Communications: Contribute to HR-related communications and documentation.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist in benefits administration and record-keeping, ensuring employees are well-informed and benefits are managed efficiently
  • HR Initiatives: Engage in the groundwork for implementing new HR modules, ensuring they meet business needs.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for HR projects and day-to-day operations
