The HR Executive will oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Staffing

  • Create and post job ads on hiring platforms
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
  • Conduct initial HR interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with departments
  • Manage the full hiring cycle

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Conduct employee orientation
  • Manage exit interviews and clearance processes

HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation
  • Assist in payroll coordination (if required)
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed

Employee Relations & Culture

  • Address employee queries and concerns professionally
  • Support in organizing training, workshops, and team events
  • Foster a positive and healthy work environment

Performance Management

  • Assist in performance review cycles
  • Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline
  • Support managers with HR-related decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven work experience in HR (1–3 years preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of HR functions and labor laws
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with HRIS / ATS tools
  • Knowledge of recruitment strategies
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
