Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to manage core HR operations and support the company’s workforce needs. The ideal candidate must be a graduate in a relevant field and possess solid knowledge of standard HR responsibilities, processes, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment cycles, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Support payroll preparation and verify attendance data.
  • Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies.
  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR procedures and SOPs.
  • Coordinate training sessions, performance evaluations, and employee development activities.
  • Manage leaves, benefits, and disciplinary actions as per company policy.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Graduation in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
  • Prior knowledge of HR functions, documentation, and basic labor law (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related tools.
