We are hiring a HR Admin Officer to join our textile unit in Faisalabad. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about handling administrative tasks.

Location: Faisalabad, Pakistan

Gender: Male

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily admin tasks, ensure smooth functioning, handle front desk, maintain office supplies, and oversee housekeeping/maintenance.
  • Liaise with internal departments, and external vendors for approvals, repairs, and logistics.
  • Supervise gate in/out movements, issue gate passes, and monitor discipline.
  • Track expenses and report on office needs.
  • Assist management with routine tasks and provide support to construction teams if applicable.
  • Maintain and order office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure equipment is in working condition.
  • To Arrange the meetings as per requirement
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and distribute memos and company-wide updates.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, assist with documentation for certifications (like ISO), and help with QC issues.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Intermediate degree (varies).
  • Experience: Relevant textile/factory admin / HR experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication (verbal/written), organization, multitasking, attention to detail, problem-solving.
  • Software: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).

Note: In the textile industry, this role often involves managing factory-specific logistics like waste management, vehicle loading/unloading, and ensuring compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
