We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin to join our Human Resource team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all Admin related tasks staffs residency (renewal / transfers / overseas)
- Oversee onboarding of locally hired candidates and manage hiring documentation.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical files, update HR databases
- Maintains compliance with country employment laws and regulations
- Responsible for staffs passports and follow up passports renewal and transfer information.
- Electronic forms for the Public Authority for Manpower (Slots/Mandoops/Authorized signatories).
- Responsible for company licenses-Establishing/renewal (Commercial license/Advertisement license/Health license/Fire license/Traffic authorized signature/Chamber of Commerce and Industry certificates/Balance sheet/Import license).
- Responsible for follow up on company contracts.
- Handling petty cash ,preparing and submitting all transactions related to ministerial sites in Kuwait.
- Responsible for company trademarks registration.
- Responsible for Kuwaitis social security registration.
- Follow up on the company's insurance policies.
- Insurance cards New/Renewals request and distribution
- Overseeing Staff accommodation, inspections , upkeep and managing new requests
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in human resource, Business administration or related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, in HR
- Well versed with the government related procedures of new arrivals residencies, residency transfer, renewals and health card procedures.
- Experience in F&B industry preferred
- Must be bilingual, Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
